Renil Komitla - President & CEO

Renil Komitla is the President & CEO of Paxterra steering the Company to constant growth in IP and wireless world. In no time, Renil grew Paxterra to 125+ people Company in toughest economic times. He is responsible for Paxterra's overall execution, strategy and vision.

Renil has more than a decade of experience in networking industry. Renil started his Networking career with Cisco Systems as Development Test engineer in IOS-XR and grew into a manager role managing Cisco CRS-1 Platform Development Test team responsible for delivering First Terabit Solution in the industry. Renil worked for Stoke Networks as the first QA Technical Lead building the QA processes from ground up. Later Renil worked for WiChorus as QA and Support Head. He took the initiative to start the India office and hired the India team. During his time at WiChorus he delivered three product lines in 4G space. WiChorus was later acquired by Tellabs.

Renil holds MS in Computer Science from University of North Carolina and BS in Computer Science from Bangalore University.

Rama Kini - Director, Engineering Services

Rama Kini is the Director of Engineering Services at Paxterra. In this role she is responsible for the engineering and support functions.

Rama has more than decade of experience in networking industry. Rama served as a Technical Leader in Cisco giving technical direction to QA, Automation, Regression and Support teams focused on QOS in Tunneled environment. Earlier, She was a Services (Dynamic Flow Capture, Flow Monitoring/Collection, Adaptive services) QA Lead in Juniper and played a significant role in delivering T320 and T640 platforms. She also worked for Nevis Networks as a Technical Lead QA giving technical direction on L2 Features, Authentication (802.1x, captive portal, Radius, TACACS and LDAP), Security (Firewall, IDS, IPS) to the QA team and Nevis customers. She has experience in various automation infrastructures that are written in TCL/Expect and Perl/Expect.

Rama holds double Masters, MS in Computer Science from University of North Carolina and MS in Organic Chemistry from Osmania University topping the university twice. She also holds a diploma in Hindustani classical music.
